Kati Radziwon - General Manager

For Kati, outdoors and play are just a way of life. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kati grew up hiking in the mountains and playing multiple sports. As a former college athlete and mom of 3 boys, she understands the importance of physical activity for kids and has a passion for making it fun. A graduate of UC Berkeley and former CEO, she has a broad background in design, marketing, project management, and fundraising. Based in Oregon, Kati loves all parts of the process, from idea and conception to installation and enjoys partnering with organizations to achieve their objectives of an exciting and functional outdoor space.

Rachel Gora - Business Development Manager & Territory Sales Representative - Northern Nevada

Rachel has been with Buell Recreation since 2010. Her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge allow her to deliver exceptional client outcomes. As a mother and former kindergarten teacher, she brings both a creative and practical perspective to her work. Rachel collaborates closely with landscape architects, clients, product advisors and manufacturers to ensure the highest quality products and services. She views every opportunity to serve others as a chance to positively impact children and families. Rachel strives to engage clients through a consultative approach, partnering with them to fully understand their unique situations and then recommending the best possible solutions.

Libby Allen - Territory Sales Representative - Eastern Washington

Libby is driven by a passion for fun and helping others. With her diverse professional background in marketing, sales, and account management, she loves sharing her excitement for play with others. Libby's experience in marketing allows her to creatively engage with her community. In sales and account management, she has honed her skills in building relationships and understanding customer needs.

Libby has lived all over the Pacific Northwest and appreciates all the unique attributes of the area. She enjoys traveling, acroyoga, cooking, and trying new things. Libby loves spending quality time with her family and pets, often exploring the beauty of the PNW through hiking and camping." Joel Berman - Territory Sales Representative - Puget Sound Area

Joel is a growth-minded business development, sales, and strategy professional who is motivated by learning and innovation. With a background in board games and toys, Joel brings a playful and adventurous spirit to his work, along with a love for the outdoors. With 25+ years of experience, Joel excels in fostering business relationships and partnerships while developing creative solutions. He earned an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, and a BA from UCLA.

Joel's diverse experience in management consulting, entrepreneurship, and omni-channel sales, marketing, and development allows him to approach challenges with a fresh perspective while grounded in a general management approach. He thrives on continuous improvement, diving into tactical details, and leveraging market insights to bring ideas to life. Trent Connor - Operations Support Specialist

Growing up in central Illinois where he rode bikes and participated in sports and summer activities, Trent has enjoyed spending time outdoors his entire life. He has a degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University and completed his college internship outside of Seattle, Washington where he first met Doug Buell. Prior to getting married to his wife in 2011 and relocating to the Pacific Northwest, he spent 12 years working on operations at a luxury hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. In his free time, he trained and ran in half marathons and hiked around the Phoenix area, with some of his favorite hikes being in Sedona, Arizona.

Upon relocating to the Pacific Northwest, Trent continued his love of hiking - one of his favorites being Tunnel Falls on Eagle Creek Trail in the Columbia River Gorge. He also has enjoyed snowshoeing and downhill skiing. As a father of a toddler, he currently spends much of his outdoor time at playgrounds, greenspaces, and toddler-friendly hiking trails keeping his adventurous son as "owie" free as possible.
